KINDLY READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the first batch of concepts I offer to send one redesign free of charge. If still there’s nothing you like I can get back the money.
At any time before requesting your first round of revisions, you may request to have all work stopped and your money refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days of your request.
This refund policy is void if any of the following conditions apply:
- If you have requested revisions or confirmed or approved the artwork
- If you have received the final source files
- If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days
- If the company we are making the graphic for closes, changes their name, or their activity.
Refunds are only available to the actual client for whom the graphic was create. Once you have requested your first round of revisions, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. However if you are not happy with the design we will supply you with one concept redesign FREE of charge.
After the refund is made by me, your rights to the design or any other work would be possessed by nhmediadesign.com and you would not be allowed to present any version of the designs or work sent by nhmediadesign.com.
This is also specified by us that:
- As the rights of the design would now be transferred to the company, you are in agreement that you will have no right (indirect or direct) to use any content, work, product, media or any response, nor will you possess any ownership interest in or to the same
- In collaborative working with the Government Copyright Agencies, nhmediadesign.com would share Copyright Acquisition details for the refunded designs that would not allow the future reprocess or reuse of the designs as original work.
I don’t refund any fees taken by your bank or paypal after receiving your refund.
Delivery Policy
We deliver all orders in digital format within 72 Hours from the time I accept your order. However big orders/web/illustrations/ or any time consuming graphic designs might take up to a week. Please contact me for the specific date.
Revision Policy
I provide guaranteed 3-5 revision rounds, depends on the project. The number of revisions will be agreed by sending the offer. Customers can ask me for free revisions (applicable for revisions only) and I will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remains the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours, however all depends on the specific design. After sale support is not included.
Payment Policy
Payments are processed securely through PayPal or via bank wire if you reside in Germany or Czech Republic up front.
Right to Refuse Service
Nhmediadesign.com reserves the right to decline any order without telling any reason.
Legal Agreement
All copyrights of the final graphic design are transferred over to the client upon clearance of full payment. I reserve the right to showcase work done for your design in my portfolio (if you don’t want your design to be included in my portfolio, please feel free to let me know). Concepts that are not chosen remain under my copyright.
